Batch Convert – To convert images to different graphic formats, click the Batch Convert icon or click File > Batch Convert on the menu bar to open the Batch Conversion window.

1. Select a folder in the From: box (upper left) and then in the box to the right select the file(s) you want to convert to different graphic format.
2. In the To: box (lower left), select the folder to which you want the converted files saved. The selected files will be saved with the original file names and file extension of the format you select.
3. In the New Format box (bottom left), select the format to which you want to convert the files.
4. Click Convert to open the Save As dialog or click Exit to cancel. If you are converting to JPG format, clicking Convert will open the JPEG Compression window in which you will select a compression level.
5. In the Save As dialog, select the drive and folder to which to save the converted files.
6. Click OK in the Save As dialog to complete the conversion or click Cancel to cancel.
