Email Message Settings

Email "To" and "Subject" fields can be pre-configured with default settings. This can be useful you want to make it easy for your customers who have ScreenPrint Platinum installed on their PC's to email error or problem screens to your support desk.

Click the Email Settings button at the bottom of the Configuration Window to open the Message Settings dialog:

    

Fill in the "To" and "Subject" fields and click Save. When you email an image from ScreenPrint Platinum, the image will be attached to a message and the "To" and "Subject" fields will be automatically filled in.
