If you forget your password and are therefore unable to open ScreenPrint Platinum, do the following:

• In Windows Explorer, locate the \ScreenPrint folder (by default under your \My Documents folder) and delete the files named screenprint.cfg.and iconpw.dat.

Note: Since performing the steps above will set ScreenPrint back to its default configuration, it will be necessary for you to reconfigure ScreenPrint to your desired settings.
