Setting Up Password Protection
To set up Password Protection:
  1. Click Setup > ScreenPrint on the Main Window menu bar to open the Configuration Window.

  2. Check the Password Protect the System Tray checkbox under Start and Exit Options to open the Password Protection dialog.

  3. Enter your password in the New Password field and re-enter it in the Confirm Password field. Note: There is a limit of 20 characters.
  4. Click Save to save your password or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
  5. Make sure the Start Minimized in System Tray checkbox is checked.
  6. If you want ScreenPrint to start automatically every time Windows starts, check the Start Automatically with Windows checkbox.
  7. Click Save to enable Password Protection or click Cancel. Note: If you click Save in the Password Protection dialog and then click Cancel in the Configuration Window, the password you entered will be saved but password protection will not be enabled. Do not forget your password.
  8. Select a capture method in the Main Window.
  9. Select Print Only in the Main Window Output Box if appropriate for your requirements.
