Print and Capture
Options
These options control both captured and
printed output, whether you print directly when pressing the Print
Screen key or you print images after they are captured.
- Check the Grayscale checkbox
if you want the colors in all captured and printed images to be
converted to grayscale.
- Check the Negative checkbox
if you want the colors in all captured and printed image to be
inverted (reversed). This will save printer ink if, for example,
you are printing white or light colored text on a dark
background.
- Check the Include Mouse
Cursor checkbox if you want all captured and printed images to
include the mouse cursor. Note: The mouse cursor cannot be
included when your capture method is set to
User-Defined Rectangle or Circle, Zoom Capture or
SuperScroll.
- Check the Show Image After
Capture checkbox if you want ScreenPrint automatically restored
to your screen every time you capture an image. This setting is
particularly useful if you want to immediately review each screen
capture.
- Check Turn off Capture Sound
to silence your speakers when screen captures are completed.
- Check Open PDF After Save to
automatically open each saved PDF in Adobe Reader or other PDF
viewer.
