Selecting and Working with Thumbnails

You can select one or multiple thumbnail images in the Thumbnail Viewer in order to perform various operations (Copy, Save, Print, etc). Selected thumbnails will be framed by a red border.

1. To select a single thumbnail, click on it.
2. To select all thumbnails, click Edit on the menu bar and then click Select All, or right click on any image and then click Select All in the drop-down menu.
3. To select multiple thumbnails:

• For contiguous images, click on the first image and hold down the Shift key while clicking on the last image.
• For non-contiguous images, click on any image and hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on additional images.

4. To deselect all thumbnails, click on any image that is currently selected.
5. To perform operations (Copy, Save, Print, etc.) on one or more selected thumbnail images:

• Select an operation from the Thumbnail Viewer menu bar, or
• Right click on any selected thumbnail image and select an operation from the drop-down menu.
