ProMedica Health Systems in Toledo, Ohio purchased ScreenPrint for their affiliate,
The Toledo Hospital. When patients on Blue Shield/Blue Cross's HealthSelect
plan call in to speak to a doctor who isn't available, the operator inputs
the patient's information and then must fax it to the physician. The problem
is that The Toledo Hospital's data entry software will not print or fax individual
records. ScreenPrint has solved this problem by enabling the Print Screen
Key. By setting their default printers to fax, call center operators are able
to input patient information and then fax it to the appropriate physician
with a single keystroke.
"Your print screen product is a very important part of our call center's functioning."

Many companies run older custom business applications that were written
in DOS. They need to save and/or share information that appears on their
screens, which requires an application that can print or capture full DOS
screens.
"ScreenPrint has made a big difference in the way we operate — much more
efficient! I was starting to think that our only alternative was to give
up on our custom input software and spend a lot of money on a Windows-based
replacement. Thanks for saving us so much time and money."

The Guardian Life Insurance Company is using 3270 mainframe emulation software
in satellite offices to connect to their mainframe in NewYork. When personnel
tried to print on-screen medical records fed by the NY mainframes, the printer
drivers for their new HP 3150 LaserJet printers didn't support the task.
"After installing the new printers and running into the problem, we contacted
HP and were told that their printer drivers wouldn't handle the job. But
ScreenPrint turned out to be the perfect solution."
