Click the Catalog
button to open the Image Catalogs window.
Click the Create
button to open the Create New Catalog window.
Enter a name for your catalog in the
Catalog Name field and then click the Ok
button.
Click the Exit
button in the Image Catalogs window.
2. How do I save images to a catalog?

Select one or more images in the File Name box.
Click File
on the menubar and then click Save to Catalog.
In the Image Catalogs window, select
the catalog to which you wish to save the image(s) and then click
the OK button.
In the Save As window, select a folder
to which you wish to save the image(s).
Enter a name for the image or accept
the default name in the File Name field and then click the Save
button.
Repeat the steps in the Save As window
for each image when you are saving multiple images to a catalog.

How do I Open and Close an image catalog?

Click the Catalog
button to open the Image Catalogs window.
Select a catalog and then click the
Open button to open it.
To close
an open catalog, click File on the menubar,
click Image Catalogs and then click Close.

How do I import images into a catalog?

Click File
on the menubar, click Image Catalogs and
then click Import Image(s).
In the "Open" window, select
a folder and the image(s) to import and then click the Open
button.
In the Image Catalogs window, select
a catalog and then click the OK button.
Note: You cannot import images into a catalog that have been saved
to in another catalog. Use
the "Move" function (see below) to move images from
one catalog to another.

How do I remove images from a catalog without deleting them from my hard disk?

Open a catalog.
Select one or more images in the File
Name box.
Click File
on the menubar, click Image Catalogs and
then click Remove Image(s).

How do I move images from one catalog to another catalog?

Select one or more images in the File
Name box.
Click File
on the menubar, click Image Catalogs and
then click Move Image(s).
In the Image Catalogs window, select
a catalog and then click the OK button.
7. Where can I find other information
about using ScreenPrint?
Online Help File: ScreenPrint's online Help
file provides an explanation of every feature and detailed instructions for
the use of every function. To access the online Help file, click Help
on ScreenPrint's menubar and then click Contents.
The Help file will open in your browser; however, you do not have to connected
to the Internet to use it because the Help file was copied to your hard disk
when you installed the program.
